The Baked Gulab Jamun is a fun twist on the classic! It’s baked instead of fried, so it’s slightly lighter, but still rich and decadent, especially with that bread pudding base.

I’m a huge Gulab Jamun fan, but this baked version blew my mind. The soft, syrupy dumplings paired with the bread pudding made it feel like an indulgent dessert dream.
