Tamashaa – Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Tamashaa, operated by Jai Mata Di Inc., including its websites, reservation systems, and services. By dining with us, making reservations, or
placing orders, you agree to these Terms.

1. Reservations & Cancellations – Subject to availability and confirmation. – Credit card holds may apply for large parties/events. – Guests must cancel within booking platform’s cancellation windows (e.g., Resy).

2. Orders, Delivery & Pickup – Orders via Toast, Uber Eats, DoorDash, or Grubhub are subject to their terms. – We are not responsible for errors/delays by delivery providers. – Menu, pricing, and availability subject to change.

3. Marketing & Promotions – Offers cannot be combined unless stated. – In-kind promotions are valid for dine-in only and not combinable with other discounts. – Marketing campaigns may run through Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and DishO.

4. Events, Dining & Media Usage – By attending events or dining in, you consent to photography/videography for promotional use unless you opt out in writing.

5. Loyalty Programs – Participation may involve collection of data for rewards/communication. You may opt out anytime.

6. Intellectual Property – All logos, menus, food photos, designs, and marketing materials are owned by Tamashaa and Jai Mata Di Inc.. – No reproduction or distribution without written consent.

7. Food Safety & Allergies – Guests must notify staff of allergies. We cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

8. Third-Party Services – We use Resy, Toast, Uber Eats, DoorDash, Grubhub, Google Analytics, and DishO. Your use of these is also subject to their terms.

9. Security & Breach – We use encryption, secure servers, and firewalls. Guests will be notified in the event of a data breach.

10. Children’s Policy – Services not directed to children under 13. No knowing collection of minor data.

11. Accessibility – We are committed to ADA compliance. Guests may request accommodations.

12. Liability – We are not liable for damages except where required by law. Dining and service use at your own risk.

13. Changes: We may update Terms. Continued use indicates acceptance of updates.

14. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia and the District of Columbia.
