The 95-seat fine dining establishment — which gets its name from the Hindi word for “performance or spectacle” — is the brainchild of esteemed restaurateur and New Delhi native Rajiv Chopra (Bombay Velvet in Reston); renowned chef Manoj Goel, a 24-year culinary vet who formerly cooked at the five-star Taj Mahal hotel; and general manager and beverage director Satyam Rai, who’s stirred drinks at James Beard Award-winning Husk in Charleston.. . . . .
